How to play
Two crews, one shared board, and a race to fifteen. Here is everything you need to win your first match.
Draw a hand
You start with a few cards and draw one each turn. Survivors do the fighting, Gear buffs them, Events are one-shot plays.
Spend your Volts
Volts are your energy. They ramp up by one each turn and refill fully, so every turn you have a little more to work with.
Play Survivors onto the board
Drop Survivors onto the single shared board. A freshly played Survivor is exhausted, so it cannot attack the turn it arrives.
Attack to take Territory
On later turns your ready Survivors can attack. Win the fight and you take Territory Points. Combat is a straight trade of attack and health.
Raid the Stash
When your rival has no Survivors left, the Stash opens. Any ready Survivor can raid it for a flat Territory Point until they rebuild.
Race to 15
First crew to 15 Territory Points wins. There is no turn limit, so it is a race, not a war of attrition. Run out of cards and you start bleeding a point a turn, so keep the pressure on.
Keyword cheat sheet
